Several times now I've crossed paths in the stairwell on my way to work with a fairly young man (I'd say in his thirties) in the corridors of my building, and I'd never seen him before. Intrigued, since there are only 3 flats on our floor, I discreetly watched one day to see where he was going, and I saw him knock at her door ;). So the next time I ran into him I decided to wait and go back to listen… And bingo, that man was her lover, and my neighbour is less well-behaved than she looks lol. But I didn't dare record. Several times I waited at home in the morning (fine, a bit late for work, but it's for a good cause) until I heard him knock softly at the door again. It was my turn to play, I slipped out quietly to put my phone under the door. Shame she'd put the radio on (probably thinking it would cover her moans), but you can still hear plenty, I think!
