The walls of the flats are pretty thin and only half decently soundproofed, which means you can hear a few of the neighbours when it's completely silent or when my TV volume is really low. Since I moved in 3 years ago, I hear everyone fucking, it's ridiculous! At first it was my young neighbour downstairs with his girlfriend and later his hookup. He moved out and so a bloke in his fifties or sixties took his place. He lives alone but same thing — I hear him fucking his girlfriend now and then when she comes over. A few months ago a young couple arrived (between 26 and 31) and they moved into the studio right next to mine. At first I couldn't hear them, or at least not their sessions, but one evening two months ago I heard the neighbour cry out for the first time. It surprised me because it took me a while to work out it was her, and I thought, fucking hell, of course it lands on me again! Before it was my young neighbour downstairs, for a few months now it's my new neighbour downstairs, and now I've got the ones next door! Greeeeeat! No, honestly, it doesn't bother me to hear them except when it wakes me up, and even then. What all the girls getting fucked (or who used to get fucked) in my building have in common, though, is that they cry out pretty loudly, and even when they try to hold it in you can still hear them clearly! There are even times when I hear their skin slapping as if I were right there in the room! Anyway, all that to say that I hear my neighbours fucking now and then but it had never occurred to me to record them. And on top of that I discovered your site at roughly the same time I started hearing their sessions (the couple next door). Is that a sign or what? I'd never thought of recording them, but the last two times they fucked I recorded them to play to my girlfriend, because she told me she can't hear them at night while she sleeps whereas they've already woken me up once or twice during the night. So here's a little preview of what I managed to capture. Put your headphones on full blast and listen carefully, because the quality is normal but nothing extraordinary! But bear in mind that in real life I can hear them really clearly.
